THE METHOD

State of the Art Carpet Cleaning

A superior clean at a fraction of the price. There is no doubt about it, Encapsulation cleaning is the superior carpet cleaning method. Encapsulation cleaning provides several key benefits.

  • Encapsulation cleaning utilizes up to 75% less water than traditional “hot-water extraction.” That means you’re paying for less water, no longer saturating your carpets, and ending up with carpets that are dry to the touch in approximately 2 hours.
  • The Encapsulation cleaning solution crystallizes around dirt that’s been tracked in and the chemicals that have been left in your carpets from previous methods. That means that your carpets are safe to walk on immediately.
  • Encapsulation cleaning leaves your carpets looking better instantly and keeps them looking great longer. Re-soiling takes longer because there are no sticky chemicals left on your carpet and wicking of spots is virtually eliminated.

Efficient and Effective Tile Cleaning

The counter-rotating design of the cleaning head results in the most effective clean of any rotary cleaning machine.

  • Counter-rotation allows the brushes to maintain contact with all edges and surfaces, including grout, resulting in a more efficient cleaning.
  • Polypropylene brushes of varying stiffness allow cleaning to be tailored to different tile flooring.
  • Unlike rotary machines that utilize only one head, the three-headed design eliminates the side to side motion of the machine. That means no risk of damage to your walls, furniture, or anything else in your building.
Vinyl Cleaning That Will Make It Shine

Vinyl floor cleaning, whether it’s sheet vinyl or VCT, can be some of the hardest cleaning to do right. The equipment used plays the biggest role in a successful outcome.

  • Equipped with pads of varying aggressiveness, anything from a light scrub to fully removing finish can be accomplished.
  • The counter-rotating, planetary design means that pressure will be applied evenly to the floor. Risk of damage to the floor is significantly reduced.
  • Unlike rotary machines that utilize only one head, the three-headed design eliminates the side to side motion of the machine. That means no risk of damage to your walls, furniture, or anything else in your building.

KEY TERMS...

Because We Like to Share What We’ve Learned

We know that the terms we use may not be familiar to you. After all, you haven’t spent years becoming a cleaning expert. Don’t worry, we have! And we’ve found that it’s good to have a shared understanding of some key terms and phrases.

  • Counter-Rotating, Planetary Design- The main head rotates in one direction, while the three smaller heads rotate the opposite. The result is an even clean across the entire floor.
  • Encapsulation Carpet Cleaning- Utilizes a crystallizing cleaner to fully encapsulate dirt, grease, oil, chemicals, and anything else that may be in your carpets. Solution dries into microscopic crystals that are then removed during routine vacuuming.
  • Encapsulation Carpet Machine- A machine designed to, among other things, dispense crystallizing cleaner while agitating carpet fibers. The combination allows for deep and thorough cleaning of each carpet fiber.
Hot-Water Extraction- The process of pre-spraying a cleaning chemical solution onto the carpets to loosen dirt. Once dwell time has been reached, super-heated water is sprayed onto the carpet. Finally, the solution is vacuumed to remove as much as possible from the carpet.
  • Re-Soiling- The new dirt that sticks to a carpet as a result of the chemicals left on the carpet from cleaning.
  • Sheet Vinyl- Vinyl flooring that is installed in one long sheet. Allows for fewer seams and extends up the wall in most cases.
  • Spot Wicking- The reappearance of a spot a short period of time after it has been cleaned.
  • Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT)- Twelve inch by twelve inch vinyl squares
